Site Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide site support related to patients in accordance with the specific management plan for the study.

• Ensure that clinical trials are advancing and are executed, documented, and reported in alignment with the protocol, Ergomed SOPs, ICH GCP, and relevant regulatory standards.

• Serve as the main point of contact for Study Site Coordinators and Research Nurses.

• Aid in the formulation of strategies for patient recruitment and retention.

• Monitor recruitment efforts at designated investigational sites.

• Manage the inventory of investigational medicinal products and clinical trial supplies.

• Coordinate logistics for the shipment of samples.

• Build and maintain relationships with site coordinators, research nurses, investigators, and sub-investigators to enhance clinical study outcomes.

• Offer logistical support for site operations, including inventory management, patient travel reimbursements, and other specific study needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a degree, ideally in a medical or public health discipline, or have relevant equivalent professional experience.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in executing site support functions.

• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills.

• Exhibit strong organizational abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Have laboratory experience.

• Familiarity with sample management and logistics is required.
