Site Management Associate I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in overseeing clinical trial sites, ensuring compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Support site management operations, which include preparing documentation, entering data, and monitoring site performance metrics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and resolve site-related challenges.

• Keep precise records of site activities and aid in the development of monitoring reports.

• Engage in training and development programs to improve knowledge and skills in clinical trial management.

• Deliver high-quality clinical research work while collaborating closely with the team and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research.

• Some background in clinical research, site management, or similar administrative positions is preferred but not essential.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Basic understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory guidelines is an advantage.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

• Openness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).
