This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Assist in the management and oversight of clinical trial sites.

• Ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Facilitate monitoring activities at clinical trial sites and address site-related challenges.

• Aid in the preparation and evaluation of regulatory documents.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the entirety of the study lifecycle.

• Monitor site performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports.

• Engage in training programs and provide mentorship to junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research.

• Experience in clinical research as a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) or Global CTA, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and GCP guidelines.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Excellent analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail, focusing on upholding high-quality standards.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering and sustaining effective relationships with site personnel and cross-functional teams.

• Legal authorization to work in Romania.
