Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead – 1 Year Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clinical research sites to create tailored action plans that enhance patient recruitment, retention, and study execution.

• Deliver educational sessions and training to healthcare professionals and site personnel regarding clinical trial protocols, procedures, and study requirements.

• Assist in identifying study-specific training needs, aiding sites in understanding and implementing trial processes.

• Recognize and help mitigate recruitment and retention challenges by sharing best practices and practical solutions.

• Collaborate with referral networks when applicable to pinpoint potential trial participants.

• Engage directly with patients in select studies to provide information about the trial, disease area, or device/medication as necessary and appropriate.

• Analyze site activity and engagement metrics to customize strategies that optimize pre-screening, screening, and enrollment.

• Accurately complete internal reporting and documentation.

• Organize or assist in group meetings, site visits, and educational events.

• Stay informed on relevant therapeutic areas and disease states.

• Professionally manage inquiries or objections from site staff with a solution-oriented focus.

• Ensure proper care of company equipment while adhering to compliance and safety standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in health sciences or a related discipline.

• Current license or credential as one of the following: MD (Medical Doctor), DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine), RN (Registered Nurse), NP (Nurse Practitioner), PA (Physician Assistant), Pharmacist (RPh or PharmD), Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Respiratory Therapist.

• Experience in a Clinical Trial Educator / Site Engagement & Enrollment role or a similar position within clinical research/studies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling quick rapport building.

• A collaborative, customer-oriented approach and a genuine enthusiasm for clinical research.

• Capacity to work independently while knowing when to seek assistance.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proactive and solution-focused attitude towards problem-solving.

• Willingness to travel as needed for site visits.

• Cultural sensitivity, empathy, and professionalism in interactions with diverse patients and site teams.
