Site Engagement Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with principal investigators, site coordinators, and research personnel at clinical trial locations.

• Offer assistance and direction regarding study protocols, procedures, and regulatory obligations.

• Discover avenues to enhance site engagement and maximize site performance.

• Partner with internal teams to devise and execute site engagement strategies.

• Oversee site performance metrics.

• Provide regular updates to study teams regarding site engagement initiatives and results.

• Contribute to clinical research operations and take ownership of deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the UK.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Site Engagement Lead, Site Care Partner, Clinical Research Lead, or Clinical Trial Liaison.

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related discipline.

• Extensive background in clinical research, site management, or a similar field.

• 1 year of experience in a Clinical Trial Educator, Site Engagement Lead, or Clinical Trial Liaison capacity.

• 1 year of experience in immunology; dermatology experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently.

• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory standards for clinical trials.

• Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 6% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
