This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, such as principal investigators, site coordinators, and research personnel.

• Offer support and guidance to site personnel regarding study protocols, processes, and regulatory standards.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance site engagement and optimize performance through ongoing communication and feedback channels.

• Work in partnership with internal teams to create and execute site engagement strategies tailored to each study and site.

• Track site performance metrics and provide consistent updates to study teams concerning site engagement efforts and results.

• Contribute to clinical research initiatives, taking ownership of deliverables and collaborating effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in clinical research, site management, or a similar area is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory standards for clinical trials.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
