📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, such as principal investigators, site coordinators, and research personnel.

• Offer assistance and direction to site staff regarding study protocols, procedures, and regulatory obligations.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance site engagement and maximize site performance through consistent communication and feedback mechanisms.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to devise and execute site engagement strategies customized for each study and site.

• Track site performance metrics and provide regular updates to study teams concerning site engagement activities and results.

• Participate in clinical research activities, assuming responsibility for deliverables and collaborating effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in clinical research, site management, or a related area is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of fostering rapport and establishing productive working relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory standards for clinical trials.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
