📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, such as principal investigators, site coordinators, and research personnel.

• Offer support and guidance to site staff regarding study protocols, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Identify opportunities to enhance site engagement and optimize site performance through consistent communication and feedback mechanisms.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute site engagement strategies customized for each study and site.

• Monitor site performance metrics and provide regular updates to study teams on site engagement activities and results.

• Contribute to clinical research initiatives, being accountable for deliverables and working in a collaborative manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related area.

• Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building rapport and establishing effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory standards for clinical trials.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
