Site Contracts Negotiator II, German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of negotiating and executing clinical trial agreements and budgets for various studies independently.

• Negotiate site contracts and budgets with investigator sites within established parameters and playbooks.

• Review and modify contract language to meet sponsor requirements, local regulations, and site feedback.

• Oversee a portfolio of contracts, track cycle times, and proactively address any barriers to execution.

• Work collaboratively with legal, finance, and project teams to resolve contractual inquiries and ensure alignment.

• Keep precise records of negotiations, approvals, and executed agreements in appropriate systems.

• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of contract templates, processes, and guidelines.

• Provide mentorship to junior colleagues when appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in law, business, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Relevant background in site contracting, contracts administration, or similar roles within a CRO, pharmaceutical company, or healthcare setting.

• Solid understanding of clinical trial agreements and principles of budget negotiation.

• Proficiency in German, Hungarian, and English.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational capabilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple contracts and timelines, with a keen attention to detail and quality.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach towards stakeholders.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
