This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Evaluate and interpret contracts, agreements, and legal documents associated with clinical trial operations and vendor partnerships.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and various stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to evaluate contract risks, identify areas for enhancement, and formulate strategies to address potential challenges.
• Keep precise and current records of contract status, milestones, and deliverables utilizing contract management systems.
• Offer guidance and assistance to internal teams on matters related to contracts, including contract interpretation, compliance, and conflict resolution.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or a similar area, ideally within the pharmaceutical or clinical research sector.
• A solid understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and regulatory requirements pertaining to clinical trials and vendor agreements.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of assessing intricate contractual issues and suggesting effective solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 5%).
