This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
β’ Oversee all activities, communication, and planning initiatives in direct collaboration with FAA and Leidos staff.
β’ Direct site-associated tasks, including pre-site assessments, site evaluations, deployments, and documentation.
β’ Deliver daily status reports encompassing in-brief/out-brief, timelines, material shipments, and subcontractor updates.
β’ Support Technical Operations teams with the deployment and certification of TFDM technical refresh systems.
β’ Manage electronic on-site schedules for each TFDM system site from General Acceptance until the end of the contractor's maintenance duties.
β’ Execute software installations, firmware updates, and other system maintenance tasks.
β’ Ensure on-site equipment is maintained according to approved technical manuals.
β’ Aid in periodic maintenance and system certification following hardware maintenance activities.
β’ Assist with the relocation of equipment and system certification following hardware relocation events.
β’ Offer technical expertise to local Technical Operations staff during maintenance, which includes system monitoring, troubleshooting, and replacement of failed LRUs.
β’ Support the management of site spare parts.
β’ Keep site technical documentation, data files, logs, and performance records organized and updated.
β’ High School diploma or equivalent professional experience.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Proven experience in team collaboration and customer service orientation.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
