Servicetechniker After-Sales – Region Süddeutschland

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Inspection of shelving systems at our clients' locations, both domestically and potentially abroad

• Communication with clients, inspectors, and ADM

• Technical processing and clarification of customer inquiries

• Up-selling and cross-selling of BITO products during client meetings

• Performing maintenance on PROmotion, PROmobile, and LEO, including light service tasks

• Handling complaints and finding solutions to problems

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as an electronics technician (m/f/d) or mechatronics technician (m/f/d) with further education as a certified electrical specialist

• Alternatively, training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d); the employer offers the further education to become a certified electrical specialist

• Experience in conducting maintenance and service work is an advantage

• Good command of English, both spoken and written

• Willingness to undertake extensive travel

• Independence, organizational talent, and a high degree of personal responsibility
