Services Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer-oriented service delivery projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and execution tasks.

• Develop communication strategies and deliver project status updates, risk visibility, and resolution tracking.

• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies during the project delivery process.

• Lead customer and internal project meetings to report on progress, challenges, and delivery results.

• Track project execution in relation to scope, resource use, budget expectations, and delivery commitments.

• Collaborate with customers, engineering teams, sales, bid management, service delivery groups, partners, and finance teams to meet project and business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in Service Delivery, Project Management, Service Coordination, or a relevant field.

• Proficiency in project management tools.

• Experience with network lifecycle activities including design, deployment, migration, and validation.

• Knowledge of optical transport and networking environments, including DWDM and L0/L1 technologies.

• Experience in interacting with customers, cross-functional delivery teams, and engineering resources.

• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across various teams.

• PRINCE2 certification is preferred.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with effort estimation, cost drivers, and delivery risk assessment.

• Background in making commercially sound decisions during presales and delivery processes.

• Experience in matrix environments with multiple stakeholders.

• Exceptional planning, scheduling, and coordination capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
