This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, document, and implement test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct functional, system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Verify ServiceNow configurations and functionalities across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, WSD, Employee Center Pro, SPM, IRM, and SecOps.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test cases utilizing the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Identify, document, track, retest, and confirm defects until resolution while collaborating with development teams.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing by creating test scripts, coordinating testing efforts, assisting business users, and documenting outcomes.
• Evaluate workflows, Flow Designer flows, approvals, notifications, business rules, Service Catalog features, and other platform configurations.
• Confirm ServiceNow integrations, APIs, data imports, data transformations, and system interfaces.
• Carry out regression testing for enhancements, configurations, and releases.
• Assist in testing across DEV, TEST/UAT, and production release cycles while providing test results for deployment readiness.
• Engage in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, defect triage, and retrospectives.
• Maintain traceability across requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, defects, and test results.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, architects, product owners, business stakeholders, federal clients, and technical teams.
• Over 3 years of experience in testing applications within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Proven experience with functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) is highly preferred.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams and testing functionalities during sprint-based development cycles.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Business Rules, integrations, APIs, and platform configurations.
• Proficient in documenting and managing defects using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to identify, troubleshoot, document, and communicate system issues.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and federal clients.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, WSD, ITAM, ITOM, Employee Center Pro, SPM, IRM, and SecOps.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• Active Public Trust clearance or the capacity to obtain one.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.
• Certification or training in ServiceNow testing/ATF is a plus.
