This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Develop and sustain automated tests for CMS’s enterprise AI platform.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD processes and ensure the build remains stable.
• Analyze test failures, revise tests, and produce clear bug documentation.
• Acquire knowledge in performance, regression, and accessibility testing under the guidance of experienced mentors.
• Engage in collaboration, seek clarification, and embrace feedback in a no-badge, unified team environment.
• Provide support for an enterprise AI platform at CMS.
• A bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience in QA or test automation.
• Proficiency in at least one automation framework (such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, pytest, or similar).
• Basic scripting skills (Python or JavaScript) and a desire to enhance knowledge.
• A sense of curiosity, meticulous attention to detail, and receptiveness to coaching.
• A sincere interest in AI/ML testing.
• Capability to acquire and sustain a Public Trust security clearance.
• Acceptable results from a background investigation.
