ServiceNow Technical Consultant – HAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design the architecture of solutions, establish processes, and implement or enhance the HAM module.

• Advise clients on IT asset management best practices, emphasizing the use of standard platform features while minimizing unnecessary customizations.

• Evaluate asset management maturity and suggest ongoing improvements to the hardware lifecycle.

• Organize and optimize data normalization to guarantee data quality in the production environment.

• Create automations for asset lifecycle events utilizing Flow Designer.

• Implement and support hardware asset management processes on the ServiceNow platform.

• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of CMDB data, including attributes and relationships.

• Develop and maintain asset inventories, modify dependencies, and create HAM dashboards.

• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Security, and IT to guarantee effective asset lifecycle management.

• Provide technical support for IT asset management, ensuring best practices, performance, and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in ServiceNow ITAM projects.

• Relevant certifications such as CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM, CIS-Discovery, and CSA.

• Understanding of IT asset management (ITAM) governance practices.

• Strong knowledge of CMDB, including governance and relationships.

• Familiarity with ITIL and service management practices.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.

• Ownership mindset and a proactive approach to delivery.

• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical teams and clients.

• Continuous interest in learning and professional growth.

• Ability to adapt to dynamic and evolving environments.

• Fluency in English is an advantage.

• Advanced Spanish skills are a plus.

• A postgraduate degree or MBA is an asset.
