ServiceNow Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and tailor applications on the ServiceNow platform to fulfill business requirements.

• Develop and oversee Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Integration APIs.

• Enhance and develop components for the Service Portal, including Catalog Items, Widgets, and Workflows.

• Use UI Builder to craft and configure modern, scalable user interfaces.

• Implement NowAssist (GenAI) and AgenticAI functionalities to boost automation, intelligence, and enhance customer experience.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of overall experience in the software industry focusing on enterprise application development.

• More than 6 years of practical development experience on the ServiceNow platform.

• Strong proficiency in Script Includes, Service Portal development, and UI Builder.

• Expertise in ServiceNow Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and React for custom ServiceNow solutions.

• Practical experience with ACL, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Reporting/Dashboards.

• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities coupled with strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Certification as a System Administrator (CSA) is preferred.

• Certification as a ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) is preferred.

• Experience in implementing Customer Service Management (CSM) is preferred.
