ServiceNow Developer, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create customized, AI-driven platform solutions on the ServiceNow platform and deploy production-ready AI use cases.

• Design, develop, and implement advanced AI solutions utilizing Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, and AI Skills.

• Construct bespoke applications.

• Develop sophisticated integrations through Integration Hub as well as REST/SOAP APIs.

• Automate workflows with Flow Designer.

• Direct the behavior of Large Language Models contextually and formulate accurate prompts.

• Embed generative AI into existing enterprise workflows.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of enterprise AI solutions, encompassing development, automated testing, and compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards.

• Provide technical and strategic guidance to clients on identifying, assessing, and executing AI opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in computer science (business) or vocational training in computer science/application development, or an equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in development on the ServiceNow platform.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.

• Practical experience with Now Assist or similar GenAI initiatives on ServiceNow.

• In-depth knowledge of prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM behavior.

• Experience with AI Agent Studio and agentic workflows.

• Background in securing AI applications in production settings, including testing, security, and AI governance.

• Fluent in German.

• Proficient in English.
