Mid-Level Artificial Intelligence Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation of innovative AI-native products tailored for the public-sector management market at the municipal level.

• Design and construct solutions utilizing AI agents, language models, and intelligent automation technologies.

• Develop and execute architectures for AI agents and LLM pipelines.

• Integrate language models with ERP data and systems seamlessly.

• Establish and execute strategies for RAG, memory management, and agent orchestration.

• Maintain the quality, security, and traceability of the solutions delivered.

• Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to convert business needs into technical solutions.

• Create solutions for autonomous customer service, natural-language report generation, legislative interpretation for tax support, and internal controls with automated auditing of ERP data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or comparable technologies).

• Expertise in agent frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.

• Proficient in Python programming.

• Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.

• Familiarity with REST APIs and systems integration.

• Capability to work independently on highly intricate projects.

• Preferred: experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).

• Preferred: knowledge of Java or experience in integrating with legacy systems.

• Preferred: experience in the public sector or in regulated industries.
