📋 Description

• Create and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow and AI solutions.

• Oversee the architecture, execution, and ongoing enhancement of AI-driven solutions and AI agents.

• Build intelligent AI agents that engage with and assist customers.

• Utilize customer and business knowledge to create impactful customer-facing AI solutions.

• Convert intricate business and customer needs into scalable technical and AI-oriented solutions.

• Work with advanced AI technologies, including Large Language Models and agent-based solutions.

• Craft innovative solutions within customer service, CRM, and customer experience sectors.

• Partner with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

• Contribute to intricate AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers throughout the project lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience with ServiceNow.

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, or AI-driven solutions.

• Experience in developing or working with AI agents or agentic AI.

• Familiarity with technologies such as Claude, Claude 4, or comparable AI technologies.

• Background as a ServiceNow Architect, Technical Architect, Solution Architect, AI Architect, or Senior Consultant.

• Strong comprehension of customer processes, CRM, customer service, or customer experience.

• Experience in applying prior customer or business knowledge to the development of intelligent AI agents is highly advantageous.

• Proven track record in designing and implementing complex, scalable platform solutions.

• Ability to interpret customer requirements and convert them into effective technical and AI-driven solutions.

• Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in complex customer or international environments is a plus.

• Proficiency in German and English, or French and English.
