Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Maintaining and repairing refrigeration systems within the designated region

• Ensuring optimal quality of service delivery and progress of maintenance tasks

• Troubleshooting issues and replacing defective components

• Inspecting and servicing cooling systems

• Identifying and reporting opportunities to customers

• Accurately keeping work orders, logs, and additional documents

• Acting as the face of Carrier to customers

• After a training period, assignment to a district based on place of residence

• Participating in on-call service duties as part of a team

⛳️ Requirements

• A diploma in electrical engineering/electromechanics/refrigeration and air conditioning technology or equivalent practical experience

• A refrigeration certification and VCA certificate are definitely advantages

• Possession of a valid driver's license (B category)

• Skilled, technically adept, and service-oriented

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Willingness to participate in on-call service duties
