Electronic Technician I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Install, troubleshoot, and provide technical maintenance for hardware and software, mainly at customer sites.

• Conduct scheduled inspections, cleaning, additional services, and minor repairs.

• Examine products, resolve issues, and escalate requests to higher support levels following established procedures.

• Arrange services and complete the necessary documentation.

• Engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and comprehension of product operation.

• Utilize diagnostic tools to evaluate hardware and software failures.

• Carry out component-level hardware repairs.

• Clean and adjust mechanical parts.

• Configure and install relevant software.

• Execute preventive maintenance and restock consumables as per instructions.

• Install, relocate, add, change, and remove hardware and software products (IMAC/R).

• Educate and train customers on the operation and usage of installed hardware and software.

• Contribute to implementing strategies to meet agreed-upon KPIs.

• Support special projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical education (mandatory) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related area.

• Relevant experience as a field service technician.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that complies with DN fleet standards.

• Active CFT registration (mandatory).

• Reside in Itapipoca, Ceará, Brazil.
