Electronics Technician I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Install, troubleshoot, and provide technical maintenance for hardware and software, primarily at client locations.

• Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, adjustments, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs.

• Examine products, identify hardware and software malfunctions, and escalate requests according to established procedures.

• Execute repairs at the component level for hardware.

• Configure and deploy relevant software as needed.

• Restock supplies following provided guidelines.

• Install, relocate, add, modify, and remove hardware and software products (IMAC/R).

• Organize services and complete necessary documentation.

• Educate and train customers on the operation and usage of installed products.

• Engage in training sessions and implement strategies to meet KPIs.

• Support special projects as assigned.

• Interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and clarity regarding product operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical education (mandatory) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.

• Prior relevant experience as a field service technician (preferably with self-service equipment).

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Valid driver's license and a driving record that complies with DN fleet standards.

• Active CFT registration (mandatory).

• Must reside in Salvador, Bahia.

• Willingness to travel is required.

• Personal vehicle is necessary.
