Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Carry out maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and calibration of Anton Paar instruments at customer locations across Denmark.

• Identify and resolve issues related to mechanics, electronics, sensors, software, and precision measurement technology.

• Engage directly with industrial enterprises, pharmaceutical and food manufacturers, laboratories, universities, and R&D institutions.

• Receive comprehensive training on Anton Paar instruments and service methodologies.

• Gradually assume responsibility for an expanding array of instruments and service tasks.

• Provide support to customers throughout Denmark as part of Anton Paar's Nordic service team.

• Collaborate with colleagues in Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.

• Travel within Denmark as an integral component of the role.

• Occasionally travel internationally for training or to assist Anton Paar colleagues in other countries.

• Strong overall technical comprehension.

• Practical experience with advanced technical equipment or instrumentation.

• Capability to systematically identify and resolve technical issues.

• Knowledge of mechanics, electronics/electrical systems, or scientific instrumentation.

• Experience with computers, software, and connected devices.

• Methodical and meticulous approach to work.

• Effective communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

• Valid driver's license.

• Proficiency in Danish and English.

• Technical or scientific education in electronics, mechatronics, automation, instrumentation, engineering, chemistry, physics, or a related field is advantageous.

• Relevant practical experience is equally important.

• Experience with precision or advanced technical equipment is especially valued.

• Familiarity with regulated environments such as pharmaceutical, medical, or food production is beneficial.

• Ability to work with smaller, sophisticated, and high-precision technical systems.

• Willingness to travel within Denmark.

• Occasional international travel may be necessary.
