Service Sourcing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Oversee negotiations and cultivate business relationships with external service provider companies.

• Establish effective and lucrative agreements while transforming broad concepts into a well-structured Strategic Services Suppliers Management Program.

• Assist in solution design for local, multinational, and multi-partner projects involving Agilent's collaborations with service provider companies.

• Aid program managers by providing consistent and updated program processes, documentation, training, contracts, and exhibits for Strategic Service Sourcing.

• Facilitate tactical sourcing for the Enterprise Service business.

• Perform service supplier selection and negotiations to enhance Service Level Agreements and financial margins.

• Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular reviews of supplier evaluations.

• Collaborate with regional and country legal/compliance teams to ensure that suppliers' legal and compliance practices are current and effectively implemented.

• Guarantee legal compliance and alignment with regional, sub-regional, or country strategies.

• Participate in competitive supplier tender events.

• Work alongside Service Sales and Project Managers.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date service provider services, products, and pricing data.

• Manage processes, documentation, data, contracts, and exhibits related to the service supplier program within the designated territory.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or an equivalent qualification.

• Generally, a minimum of 1-2+ years of relevant experience.

• Experience in procurement or supplier management is advantageous.

• Proficiency in both English and Japanese languages.

• Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and business savvy.

• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Willingness and capability to travel 25% of the time.
