Service Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee profitability and customer satisfaction for designated contracts

• Provide management for service agreements and time-and-material programs

• Support sales initiatives for new contracts and proposals

• Address customer concerns swiftly to guarantee satisfaction

• Collaborate with customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, repair service, and various teams

• Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers

• Recruit and nurture talent

• Manage staffing and performance development

• Implement policies and strategies utilizing technical expertise, analytical skills, and practical experience

• Suggest solutions for complex manufacturing processes involving technical diversity and interdependent production cycles

• Serve as a resource for junior colleagues

• Lead minor, low-risk projects

• Communicate information effectively and build team consensus

• Set performance expectations and manage sensitive issues

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the healthcare sector

• Legal authorization to work in the United States

• No employment visa sponsorship now or in the future

• Successful completion of GEHC's standard background check, including a post-offer drug test

• Adherence to customer access policies, including required immunizations and additional drug tests or background checks as necessary

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

• Strong understanding of business principles

• Proficient presentation skills
