Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive planning, execution, and delivery for both ongoing product releases and new product initiatives.

• Establish program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics that align with the organization's objectives.

• Facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.

• Act as the primary communication center for all program-related activities.

• Ensure program objectives align with the strategic vision of the company.

• Recognize dependencies and synergies within the product portfolio.

• Identify, evaluate, and address program risks and challenges.

• Create contingency plans and adjust program strategies to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery.

• Keep stakeholders and executives informed about progress, risks, and key milestones.

• Maintain transparency and clarity regarding program status and decision-making processes.

• Implement program management best practices to foster operational excellence and ongoing improvement.

• Support learning and collaboration among program managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in program management.

• At least 3 years of experience managing cross-functional projects within a software or technology-driven organization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complexity and uncertainty.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and overseeing program roadmaps and timelines.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and contemporary product development practices.

• Technical knowledge related to AI/GenAI systems, data, and platform architecture.

• Experience with Web Applications, Go, Ruby, JavaScript, React, microservice architectures, AWS, and MS Azure is advantageous.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a similar field.

• Proficiency in program management tools like JIRA and Confluence.

• Proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office.
