This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Further enhance the Payments product area from the discovery phase through to delivery and success measurement.
• Strategically cultivate the portfolio of Payment Service Provider (PSP) and payment terminal integrations.
• Ensure customers have access to payment methods that are appropriate for their respective markets.
• Manage, organize, and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with Engineering, QA, and UI/UX teams.
• Conduct discovery initiatives and oversee stakeholder management.
• Balance the needs of customers and the market with product strategy and execution.
• Keep abreast of market trends, compliance, security, and regulatory changes.
• Extract relevant product requirements from market and regulatory updates.
• Define and analyze key metrics to assess success, payment quality, and user adoption.
• Assist in developing scalable solutions for charging infrastructure, partners, and services.
• Several years of experience in Product Management or as a Product Owner within a SaaS environment.
• Practical understanding of payments and the FinTech landscape.
• Experience with payment terminal integration is advantageous.
• Strong comprehension of complex business, technical, and regulatory demands.
• Capability to structure requirements and translate them into clear product decisions.
• Experience in managing backlogs, prioritization, and discovery processes.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering and Delivery teams.
• Ability to maintain an overview and establish clear priorities, even in dynamic and challenging circumstances.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong and proactive communication skills.
• Good command of the German language is a plus.
