This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Utilize routing analysis software to modify territory strategies and develop efficient daily and weekly tactical routing plans for designated branch locations.
• Evaluate plans, resource availability, and territories.
• Maintain geographic codes, addresses, and customer data.
• Provide daily metrics reports to the Service Planning Supervisor and Branch Managers/Technicians.
• Generate route plans utilizing work order information and routing analysis software.
• Convey routes within assigned territories to service staff.
• Summarize and review plans daily with the Service Planning Supervisor.
• Prepare daily summary reports and submit them to the supervisor.
• Execute additional tasks as required.
• Extensive knowledge of routing and scheduling software systems.
• In-depth understanding of branch service department resources, territory organization, recurring service planning, and scheduling availability for unplanned demands.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Capability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, maintenance instructions, procedural manuals, and/or government regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple, repetitive tasks effectively.
• Basic familiarity with texting software or other relevant software for the position.
• Competence in interacting effectively with colleagues and the public.
• Fundamental knowledge of company operating systems.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience in the service industry.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience as a dispatcher and/or customer service agent.
• Capacity to lift, carry, push, pull, or reposition up to 10 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while using computers, phones, and other office equipment.
• Capability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and finger motions, including typing.
• Ability to communicate clearly and receive detailed oral information.
• Close visual acuity for detail-oriented tasks, data analysis, computer use, and reading.
