This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.
• Deliver operational assistance for TechnipFMC subsea installations both domestically and internationally.
• Manage topside and subsea control systems, components, and instrumentation.
• Install subsea equipment while providing field control, service, and operational maintenance.
• Conduct equipment testing through in-house testing, EFAT, and system evaluations.
• Offer technical and operational support to onshore and offshore projects and clients.
• Develop procedures.
• Travel extensively to support TechnipFMC's operations.
• Work on rotational schedules.
• Skilled workers diploma (fagbrev), technical diploma, or Bachelor's degree in automation, electronics, electric, subsea, data communication, or a related field.
• Experience with subsea control systems is a plus.
• Background in data electronics, hydraulics, automation, or mechanics.
• Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
• Ability to take initiative and lead.
• Enthusiasm for working in an international environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
• High degree of adaptability and a strong sense of ownership over work.
• Valid offshore and health certificates.
• Capability to obtain international work visas.
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Norway without sponsorship.
