Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary remote technical authority for healthcare clients and field teams.

• Provide swift diagnostics and resolution of issues.

• Deliver remote technical assistance and diagnostics utilizing advanced remote access technologies.

• Address customer inquiries as a representative of Philips.

• Tackle service challenges using internal tools, systems, and knowledge resources.

• Refer intricate product issues to higher-level support.

• Leverage remote capabilities to minimize the necessity for onsite service dispatch.

• Collaborate with a diverse range of Philips products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in remote software systems.

• Strong foundation in structured query language (SQL).

• Familiarity with Windows server environments.

• Proficient in computer networking.

• Skills in technical solutions documentation.

• Capability to resolve mechanical and electrical problems.

• An associate degree or higher, preferably in a technical field.

• Ability to meet the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements, with or without accommodations.

• Authorization to work in the US is mandatory.

• Must reside within the United States.
