Service Delivery Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain reporting and analytics solutions that align with Customer Operations and Service Delivery objectives.

• Utilize SQL to extract, transform, validate, and analyze data related to the revenue cycle.

• Leverage knowledge of Epic Clarity and professional/physician billing to pinpoint trends and areas for improvement in charge capture, coding, claim edits, and denials.

• Aid in reporting on physician productivity, RVU, and provider-level performance.

• Evaluate charge lag, coding accuracy, and trends in provider-level denials.

• Convert analysis into clear, client-ready reports and insights suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Assist with account and performance reviews by uncovering trends and actionable opportunities.

• Conduct quality assurance on metrics and reports to ensure precision and consistency.

• Monitor follow-up actions and help implement recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to address reporting and analytics needs.

• Gain an understanding of R1's data environment, reporting ecosystem, revenue cycle processes, and existing reporting logic.

• Take ownership of assigned reporting and analytics deliverables while identifying significant operational trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of professional experience in revenue cycle, healthcare analytics, or a related domain.

• Proficient understanding of professional/physician billing (PB) revenue cycle operations, encompassing charge capture, coding, claim edits, denials, A/R follow-up, payment posting, provider productivity, and RVU reporting.

• Experience with Epic Clarity and/or Resolute Professional Billing data.

• Strong SQL proficiency, including joins, aggregations, data validation, and transformations.

• Familiarity with relational databases and reporting/visualization tools like Power BI.

• Capable of analyzing operational data and converting findings into actionable insights.

• Comfortable conveying findings to internal stakeholders and clients.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to handle multiple priorities.

• Epic Resolute Professional Billing or Clarity Data Model certification is preferred.

• Experience in provider productivity, RVU, or compensation reporting is preferred.

• Familiarity with Snowflake is preferred.

• Knowledge of stored procedures or T-SQL is preferred.

• Client-facing analytics or service delivery experience is preferred.
