Warranty and Contracts Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of trade credit insurance contracts

• Evaluate submitted claims and ascertain the appropriate coverage amount

• Articulate decisions to policyholders using tailored and effective communication

• Perform comprehensive investigations into contractual issues

• Meticulously interpret coverage clauses

• Reassess cases that are under dispute

• Analyze the involved issues and pinpoint scenarios that necessitate arbitration or consultation with the Commercial Management team

• Formulate supporting arguments and draft replies for policyholders, brokers, or partners

• Assist in drafting and enhancing contractual provisions

• Ensure that clauses are comprehended and applied in practice

• Suggest enhancements to simplify, streamline, and secure internal processes

• Participate in transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

• Present and advocate for concepts aimed at business growth and enhancement

• Lead and support internal presentations

• Engage in webinars focused on enhancing the customer experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree from a business school or university

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities

• Strong analytical and summarization abilities

• Demonstrated experience in customer service

• Enjoys collaborating within a team environment

• Capable of stepping back from intricate situations to develop well-supported conclusions

• Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the capacity to make independent decisions

• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken

• Basic understanding of commonly utilized AI platforms and knowledge of best practices and challenges associated with AI in a professional setting
