This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver comprehensive IT support for both clinical and administrative personnel.
• Maintain optimal availability of radiology systems.
• Identify and resolve intricate hardware, software, network, and clinical application challenges across various devices and peripherals.
• Prioritize and manage escalated or urgent incidents effectively.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional IT teams.
• Assist operations during both scheduled and unexpected downtime following established protocols.
• Record and manage incidents using ServiceNow.
• Provide clear communication regarding updates and resolutions.
• Participate in process enhancement initiatives and knowledge documentation.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare IT, particularly in hardware and network support, is preferred.
• Familiarity with voice dictation systems such as PowerScribe or Fluency.
• Understanding of HIS/RIS, PACS, Voice Recognition systems, DICOM functionality, and radiology workflows.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
• Advanced IT support experience for clinical and administrative staff.
