This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Manage follow-ups on leads, assess property values, analyze comparable sales, and secure new home acquisitions.

• Negotiate the purchase and sale of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for approval.

• Estimate repair costs and establish the After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.

• Meet with homeowners to present purchase offers for their properties.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

• Purchase homes for House Buyers of America.

• Hold regular in-person meetings with prospects and clients.

• Be available to accommodate sellers' schedules, including evenings and weekends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience.

• Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales staff in previous positions.

• Strong communication skills and proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales quotas via phone sales.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.
