This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Pursue leads, assess property values, analyze comparable properties, and acquire new homes.

• Negotiate the purchase and sale of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on acquisitions and draft contracts for ratification.

• Estimate repair costs and establish ARV (After Repair Value) and As-Is property valuations.

• Meet with homeowners to present offers.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies during the closing process.

• Acquire homes for House Buyers of America.

• Hold regular in-person meetings with prospects and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience.

• Consistently recognized as a top performer, within the top 10% of sales staff in previous positions.

• Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas through phone sales.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.

• Availability during evenings and weekends is required.

• Flexibility to accommodate the schedules of sellers.

• Capability to conduct regular in-person meetings with prospects and clients.
