This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Pursue leads, assess property values, analyze comparable listings, and secure new homes.

• Negotiate the acquisition and sale of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on all purchases and draft contracts for approval.

• Estimate repair costs and establish the After Repair Value (ARV) and current value of properties.

• Engage with homeowners to present offers for their properties.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

• Hold in-person meetings with prospects and clients regularly.

• Adapt to seller schedules by being available during evenings and weekends.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of sales experience.

• Consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales personnel in prior positions.

• Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets through phone sales.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred).
