This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Follow up on leads, assess property values, analyze comparable properties, and acquire new homes.

• Negotiate the acquisition and sale of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.

• Estimate repair costs and determine the After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.

• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies during the closing process.

• Hold in-person meetings with prospects and clients regularly.

• Purchase homes for House Buyers of America and oversee the acquisition process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of sales experience.

• Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales staff in previous positions.

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales quotas through phone sales.

• Availability during evenings and weekends is required.

• Flexibility to accommodate the schedules of sellers.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.
