This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct comprehensive Data Dive analyses to uncover indexing deficiencies, low-performing keywords, and conversion rate optimization opportunities.
• Develop keyword hierarchies at the category level, ranked by relevance, search volume, and potential for conversion.
• Monitor organic rankings, indexing status, click-through rates, and conversion rate trends for key ASINs.
• Adjust keyword strategies based on performance indicators and search term reports.
• Convert keyword and indexing insights into prioritized keyword sets and content frameworks for the copywriter.
• Ensure that keyword placement recommendations enhance both organic rankings and paid performance.
• Collaborate with PPC teams every 2 to 3 weeks to evaluate performance metrics and synchronize keyword updates.
• Work alongside copywriters, design, and brand teams to ensure alignment between listing content and keyword strategies.
• Organize the catalog structure, manage parent/child variations, and perform compliance checks prior to launch.
• Facilitate product launches with a pre-defined keyword strategy and backend keyword sets.
• Implement optimization rollouts at 30, 60, and 90-day intervals for priority ASINs.
• Optionally draft and revise titles and item highlights for the relaunch of legacy products.
• Maintain a Content Tracker for optimized ASINs, outstanding updates, and performance triggers.
• Execute monthly optimization cycles linked to PPC signals and category significance.
• Ensure compliance with both brand and Amazon category standards, particularly in baby products.
• Proficiency in Data Dive is essential; extensive hands-on experience is a must.
• Data Dive certification is highly advantageous.
• In-depth, current understanding of Amazon SEO principles, including indexing logic, keyword prioritization, relevancy, and character limits.
• Strong analytical skills; capability to interpret CTR, CVR, ranking, and indexing trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
• A skill balance of approximately 60–70% technical/analytical and 30–40% copywriting.
• Ability to work independently once acclimated.
• Experience in managing extensive catalogs with multiple SKUs and ongoing product launches.
• Prior experience in baby products or regulated consumer categories is strongly preferred.
• Highly organized, structured, and driven by deadlines.
• Inquisitive and self-motivated.
• Able to make progress autonomously without close supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in conveying technical insights to non-technical colleagues.
