SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• Perform keyword research and create topic clusters, briefs, drafts, publishing schedules, and content updates across more than 8 brand websites.

• Generate search content at scale utilizing AI workflows, including tools like Claude, Cursor, custom prompts, templates, and programmatic pages.

• Maintain brand voice, ensure local accuracy, uphold E-E-A-T standards, conduct human fact-checking, and avoid thin or duplicated content as well as fabricated claims.

• Oversee basic on-page and technical SEO aspects, such as titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, schema, indexation, Core Web Vitals flags, and redirects.

• Collaborate with developers on larger technical SEO projects.

• Manage local search efforts through Google Business Profile, citations, and local links for each brand.

• Enhance visibility in AI search platforms including AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.

• Monitor rankings, sessions, owner leads, and bookings in GSC, GA4, and StaydOS for each brand.

• Develop a repeatable SEO playbook that facilitates the onboarding of new brands to the content engine within weeks.

• Work closely with the CMO, development team, brand teams, and marketing team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in increasing organic traffic and conversions, with demonstrable before-and-after metrics.

• Daily utilization of AI for content production, along with clear insights on effective strategies and limitations.

• Strong editing capabilities to refine AI drafts, making them sound localized, specific, and accurate.

• Proficient with Google Search Console (GSC), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Screaming Frog or Sitebulb, and Ahrefs, Semrush, or DataForSEO.

• Exceptional written English skills.

• Experience in STR, hospitality, travel, or real estate SEO is advantageous.

• Knowledge of programmatic SEO, multi-location sites, SQL, Looker Studio, or reporting scripts is a plus.

• Must be able to work remotely from Latin America.
