Editorial Content Specialist – SEO, AEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop and refine tutorials, guides, and articles that address real challenges faced by creative professionals.

• Analyze search trends and AI search behaviors to uncover unexploited content opportunities.

• Generate content that not only ranks well in traditional search but is also referenced in AI answer summaries.

• Leverage generative AI for brainstorming and drafting, while ensuring that the content remains human, clear, and aligned with brand standards.

• Publish content directly through WordPress.

• Source visuals from Envato.

• Enhance internal linking.

• Assess performance metrics and refine content for improved effectiveness.

• Work collaboratively with the Search Visibility team and outside contributors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in writing, content marketing, or editorial positions.

• Preferably, experience in the realm of creative tools or technology.

• Comprehensive understanding of organic search principles.

• Familiarity with answer engine optimization (AEO) and AI-generated summaries.

• Daily engagement with generative AI in the creative process.

• Proficient in managing content within WordPress.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Strong editorial judgment.

• Provide 2–3 writing samples or live links that demonstrate editorial tone, storytelling abilities, and clarity in explaining creative concepts.
