SEO, AI Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the SEO Manager and the broader Growth team.

• Leverage AI technology to enhance research, outlining, initial drafts, and content optimization while upholding high editorial standards.

• Create systematic content workflows, which include briefs, quality checklists, templates, and editorial guidelines.

• Increase content production without sacrificing relevance, accuracy, or clarity.

• Write, revise, and enhance SEO content, encompassing articles, pillar pages, and landing pages.

• Transform search intent into clear, valuable, and well-organized content tailored for Pennylane’s audiences.

• Execute content refreshes, consolidation, internal linking, and on-page optimization initiatives.

• Partner with Growth stakeholders to align with acquisition goals.

• Advance Pennylane’s GEO strategy for AI-driven discovery tools.

• Modify content to enhance Pennylane’s visibility and accurate representation in AI search experiences.

• Experiment with content formats, structures, and optimization strategies to improve visibility in AI-generated responses.

• Share insights and contribute to the SEO and GEO playbook.

• Track SEO metrics such as visibility, rankings, impressions, clicks, CTR, organic traffic, and conversions.

• Convert data into practical recommendations.

• Conduct experiments, assess impact, and iterate swiftly and rigorously.

• Relevant, hands-on experience in SEO, preferably with shareable published content.

• Fluent in French, possessing strong writing and editing capabilities.

• Professional working proficiency in English.

• A pragmatic, data-driven mindset: develop hypotheses, test them, evaluate outcomes, and enhance processes.

• Regularly integrates AI tools into daily workflows and is enthusiastic about furthering AI practices.

• Keen attention to structure, clarity, accuracy, and editorial quality.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

• Familiarity with Meteoria, Profound, Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush, Contentful, and Notion.
