Senior/Mid Engineering Manager – Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the delivery of customer implementations, overseeing everything from scoping to rollout and handover.

• Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders, including senior management.

• Engage in technical and architectural discussions to shape project roadmaps.

• Oversee project financials and profitability for both time-and-materials and fixed-price projects.

• Enhance engagements through upselling, cross-selling, and providing presales support.

• Foster a strong team dynamic and promote a positive workplace culture.

• Lead personnel and manage the entire employee lifecycle, which includes recruitment, onboarding, and development meetings.

• Travel to client sites in Europe and the US several times a year.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Delivery Manager, or in a comparable role.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering implementation or integration projects at client locations.

• Strong customer-facing and communication abilities, including managing escalations and negotiating project scope.

• Proven track record in managing budgets and margins while expanding client accounts.

• Experience in leading teams of over 10 engineers on intricate technical projects.

• A hands-on engineering background in Software, Network, DevOps, or Infrastructure.

• Comprehensive knowledge of at least two of the following areas: networking, network automation, cybersecurity, Data Center infrastructure, Public Cloud, and CI/CD.

• Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher.

• Willingness to work across EMEA and US time zones.

• Preferred experience in Professional Services or at a specialized technology vendor.

• Presales experience is a plus.

• PMI, PRINCE2, or SAFe certification is advantageous.
