Senior/Lead Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Design and uphold high-performance, scalable AI/ML infrastructure.

• Efficiently build and execute ML pipelines.

• Deploy models at scale.

• Develop tools for ongoing monitoring and enhancement.

• Convert high-value AI prospects into deployable and sustainable products.

• Utilize AI/ML techniques such as statistical learning, computer vision, and generative AI.

• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, architects, and DevOps engineers.

• Create production-ready, scalable ML pipelines and AI-driven solutions.

• Serve as an expert in AI infrastructure.

• Broaden knowledge in AI infrastructure, model monitoring, observability, drift detection, and business process domains.

• Impart knowledge to guide others.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in Python with experience in relevant libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Kserve.

• Familiarity with Go, C#, or SQL is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Azure cloud computing.

• Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform and Helm charts.

• Proficient in CI/CD practices.

• Experience with GitOps, specifically using ArgoCD.

• Proficient with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Foundational understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and model evaluation techniques.

• Skillful in data preprocessing and feature engineering.

• Experience with both relational and vector databases.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development.

• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
