📋 Description

• Deliver advanced workforce analysis expertise in support of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts.

• Conduct workforce analysis, statistical modeling, operations research, and create defensible staffing methodologies.

• Establish workforce baselines while analyzing workload and risk factors.

• Assess current staffing methodologies and develop or enhance scalable staffing models for various Judiciary settings.

• Utilize statistical analysis, facility segmentation, scenario and sensitivity testing, along with qualitative validation.

• Work in collaboration with security and data analytics experts.

• Document analytical assumptions and limitations comprehensively.

• Develop transparent, repeatable, statistically defensible, and sustainable staffing equations, methodologies, and supporting tools for AOUSC.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Required to undergo and successfully complete a background investigation.

• Bachelor's degree is essential.

• At least nine (9) years of relevant professional experience in workforce analytics.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting workforce analysis and crafting statistically defensible staffing methodologies for complex operational contexts.

• Proven capability to create and refine scalable staffing models utilizing statistical analysis, operations research techniques, scenario testing, and qualitative validation.

• Experience working with security and data analytics subject matter experts to accurately represent operational factors, assumptions, and model limitations.

• Previous experience with Federal Court protection is preferred.

• Prior experience with State or County Court protection is preferred.
