Senior Analyst, Continuous Improvement and Data Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee financial performance management, KPI governance, operational forecasting, and ongoing enhancement of the CVS Middle Mile transportation network.

• Develop standardized KPI definitions, structured performance routines, and effective forecasting methodologies.

• Ensure transportation performance aligns with enterprise goals regarding cost, service, and operational execution.

• Collaborate with the Lead Director, Private Fleet – Middle Mile Transportation and the Senior Manager Dedicated Transportation.

• Provide support for 6 Private Fleet and 12 dedicated carrier operations.

• Link operational decisions, such as routing, asset utilization, and service execution, to financial and customer outcomes.

• Maintain a consistent perspective on performance across the network.

• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in transportation, private fleet, or supply chain operations.

• A minimum of 2 years of semantic layer design experience in Snowflake or a comparable semantic layer design tool.

• A minimum of 2 years in Power BI development, or a similar tool.

• Experience in Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies.

• Proficient in programming and scripting (Python, SQL, or similar).

• Background in KPI governance, financial analysis, forecasting, and analytics.

• Willingness to travel 10% of the time.

• High School Diploma/GED required.

• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is preferred.

• Experience in multi-site retail distribution or logistics settings is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and foster cross-functional accountability is preferred.

• A Master's Degree is preferred.
