Senior Workday HCM Reporting Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the principal consultant on various client projects with minimal oversight.

• Comprehend client business needs and offer support throughout the design, configuration, and prototyping phases.

• Aid clients in testing and transitioning to production environments.

• Collaborate with Engagement Managers to relay project updates and any modifications.

• Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project synchronization.

• Diligently maintain forecasts in a timely fashion.

• Support the Sales team with presentations, demonstrations, and Letters of Engagement (LOEs).

• Keep abreast of industry trends, Workday upgrades, and best practices.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster enduring client relationships.

• Assist with Workday HCM Reporting implementations and provide ongoing support post-launch.

• Play a role in the growth of ERPA’s Workday practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a lead Workday Reporting consultant at a partner organization.

• Required Workday partner certifications in Workday HCM Core and Workday Reporting.

• Proficiency in creating complex HCM reports (Advanced, Composite, and Matrix).

• Comprehensive understanding of Workday reporting methodologies and best practices.

• Comfortable troubleshooting and navigating Workday Security.

• Capability to develop custom reports.

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

• Must not require employment visa sponsorship at any time, now or in the future.

• Experience with Workday Reporting in the higher education sector is preferred.

• A strong perspective on optimal Workday implementation practices.
