Finance Manager, Corporate Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +43 more locations.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire deal finance process: valuation, deal terms, quality of earnings, due diligence, and closing.

• Collaborate with Business Development, sellers, advisors, Integrations, and Operations.

• Establish post-close KPIs and conduct lookbacks against underwriting.

• Assess divestitures of underperforming centers.

• Underwrite projects related to growth, expansion, and repair and maintenance.

• Monitor expenditure and returns against authorized plans.

• Manage the capital allocation framework and hurdle rates to optimize return on invested capital.

• Provide budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring for newly acquired centers.

• Assist FP&A with reporting on the portfolio of acquired centers.

• Work closely with the CFO, President and GM, and the executive leadership team.

• Present findings directly to the Investment Committee of the Board of Directors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 4+ years of finance experience with practical M&A execution.

• Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and quality of earnings analysis.

• Comfortable delivering recommendations to senior leadership and board members.

• Background in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development is preferred.

• MBA, CFA, or CPA credentials are preferred.

• Experience in multi-site operations, such as veterinary, healthcare, or consumer services is preferred.
