Senior Workday Engagement Manager – Certified

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Foster enduring relationships with ERPA’s Workday clients

• Oversee Phase 1 implementations and manage a portfolio of AMS and Phase X clients

• Handle budgets, client engagement, and lead cross-functional teams throughout the entire project lifecycle

• Act as the primary liaison between consultants and clients

• Simultaneously manage multiple Workday engagements

• Ensure that projects stay within the SOW scope and achieve milestones and budget goals

• Assess and communicate project health

• Track risks, issues, and escalations

• Conduct status updates and oversee weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer governance

• Support work assignments and resource management for Workday engagements

• Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain referenceable clients

• Contribute to the advancement of ERPA’s Workday practice through innovative and strategic insights

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience independently leading commercial Workday engagements throughout the entire project lifecycle with a Workday partner (experience with Launch Express is a plus!)

• A Workday EM/PM certification is mandatory and must remain in Active status during employment with ERPA

• Quick adaptability to new systems, including JIRA, ServiceNow, and Salesforce

• Previous experience in managing projects using Smartsheet

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Proactive in ensuring alignment with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders

• Outstanding organizational skills and the capability to manage competing priorities

• Willingness to travel up to 25%, as required

• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

• Must not require employment visa sponsorship currently or in the future

• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background checks, which may include reference checks, criminal background investigations, and relevant licensing verification
