This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with the integration of WMS into robotics systems for goods-to-person, conveyor/sortation, ASRS, and put-to-light/pick-to-light systems.
• Evaluate business, functional, and integration specifications to design WMS/WCS solutions.
• Configure essential WMS modules, including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns, Picking, and Shipping.
• Diagnose MHE messaging problems by tracing failed messages back to their originating jobs/processes, assessing their severity and impact, and facilitating resolutions.
• Provide technical guidance regarding endpoints, ports, and message formats.
• Develop, review, and enhance SQL queries and stored procedures for inventory adjustments, order-header updates, and wave/allocation logic.
• Assist clients during SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live phases, including on-site troubleshooting.
• Engage in issue and bridge calls during critical incidents and present findings on root causes.
• Aid in identifying and communicating the MVP scope for last-minute changes as go-live approaches.
• Collaborate with onshore developers and international robotics vendor teams.
• Maintain design documentation, technical specifications, test plans, runbooks, and configuration records.
• Progress towards independently managing day-to-day WMS/WCS support for at least one client engagement.
• 3–5 years of experience in WMS implementations or supply chain execution systems.
• Ideally, experience with at least one complete end-to-end implementation or go-live.
• Techno-functional expertise that connects business operations with IT.
• Previous exposure to WMS integration with MHE/automation systems, robotics platforms, conveyor/sortation, or ASRS is highly preferred.
• Proficient in SQL, including stored procedures, joins, and updates, on Oracle, MSSQL, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of receiving, put-away, wave/allocation logic, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processes.
• Familiarity with put-to-light and pick-to-light systems is advantageous.
• Comfort with warehouse hardware such as RF guns, printers, and label formats is a plus.
• Ability to systematically troubleshoot MHE messaging issues and trace problems to their sources.
• Comfortable working directly with client stakeholders during go-lives and live troubleshooting sessions.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%, including occasional weekend work during go-live periods.
• Capability to effectively collaborate with local, onshore teams and international, offshore robotics vendor teams.
• Direct experience with Hy-Tek Intralogistics or IntraOne is preferred.
• Direct experience with Geek+, Locus Robotics, or Exotec is preferred.
• Familiarity with OMS, TMS, or EDI messaging standards is preferred.
• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments is preferred.
